MI2S-Double tap to wake?

Hi,
I've made a search but haven't been able to find something for sure. Is there a reliable way to have double tap to wake to MI2S?
This feature is important to me, but I am not willing to sacrifice stability or battery life to have it. I am also not willing to change MIUI for another UI. So, is there a stable, battery-friendly kernel or something else that provide this feature?
