Mi4c With Unofficial 7.3.1.0.0 Miui Version... Flash Fastboot Rom ?

Hi forum

I'm french user and for my mother, i have buy a Mi4C @ Aliexpress but... The rom is bad, not goot traduction et not official....

MIUI 7.3.1.0.0 and it's impossible to unlock bootloader... but... Can i install directly with MiFlash and a FASTBOOT ROM ?

I look for a XIAOMI.EU FASTBOOT ROM for Mi4C but.. i don't find it, why ?

1. put it in EDL mode (driver at point #2)
2. flash it with MiFlash the old fastboot ROM 6.1.7 http://en.miui.com/thread-237832-1-1.html
3. unlock it with command "fastboot oem unlock"
4. flash last TWRP https://twrp.me/devices/xiaomimi4c.html
5. via TWRP install a xiaomi.eu ROM (dev o stable) https://xiaomi.eu/community/forums/miui-weekly-rom-releases.103/
