New Mi5 Scrolling

There are problems while using apps. Up and down scrolling is too fast and I think this is creating problem while doing side scrolling ( left to right or right to left).It is very difficult to scroll sidewise. Please give a solution to this problem.
Example on my xiaomi mi5 pro ehen on ebay app when scrolling left right is so hard.
Comparing to new redmi 4 pro. Is much easier.
