Mi8 Ant+ Service with 8.10.18

Hi,
i updated my Mi8 from Global Stable 10.0.2 to Xiaomi.eu 8.10.18.
Now Ant+ service (ant+ hal service) don't work anymore....

Under Global Stable (Oreo) Ant+ service works without problems, so my
heartrate sensor works....

Now with 8.10.18 (Pie) no ant+ hardware adapter will be find.
I think there is no hal-service for ant+ or no kernel driver

Any solutions for this bug? or must we wait for another update
