MI8 EE unlocked reboot now only china-language

Who can help me!
I have now my Mi8 EE unlocked and after this it has been rebooted!
Now i have only chines-signs!
What can i do?

I found the solution! I can restart in fastboot mode!

Login Mi Account and after that you can change to English language
