New [MI8PRO][Mi8lite] TWRP issues when flashing and accesing

Hello everyone, i own a Mi8Pro and a Mi8lite on the Mi8 pro
I've trying to update from the update app, its download the update then restart in twrp and its flash the new update itself, but now when i do this process it got stuck in the twrp logo, and never gets in the recovery.
On the Mi8 lite when trying to flash i receive this message E: unbale to load "/twres/languages/en_EN.xml"
