MIUI 10.3 cannot recognise TPG Mobile in Singapore

Hi all, I am a Singapore user on a TPG Telecom data plan, and had just flashed EU MIUI 10.3 into the RM N7. I realised that the TPG Telecom SIM card is detected by the phone, and can receive SMS. but the data function does not work. I have set the APN according to the instructions from TPG, but the data is still not unable to work. Would like to seek assistance from this forum whether there are any workarounds.

try disabling VoLTE carrier check.
