I do have to Hard Reset like Wipe > Advanced Wipe > Dalvin + Cache + System + Data + Internal Storage then copy new ROM to internal storage.
Is that correct ?

Internal data is the place of your own personal data. You can delete them if you don't need them. no problem.
Factory reset is enough to flash EU dev rom.

Same on xiaomi.eu_multi_HM6Pro_V10.2.2.0.ODICNXM_v10-8.1.zip for Redmi 6 Pro, Read mode doesn't work. I hope it will be fixed in new stable ROMs...
For now I rolled back to xiaomi.eu_multi_HM6Pro_V10.2.1.0.ODICNXM_v10-8.1.zip.

Was already reported and fixed on Weeklies. You will only have it fixed on next Stable release, or just move to Weeklies.

There is no dark mode on MIUI 10.2 Stable, so I don't understand what you were expecting... If you want dark mode, migrate to Weekly or wait for 10.3 Stable.
