Using TWRP from mauronofrio ( twrp-3.4.0-14-toco-mauronofrio.img )
Now I am trying install TWRP from Alex ( Twrp-3.4.2B_toco_by.alex.msk1407 )

Did you format data before installing?
Twrp > wipe > format data

Right now I am instaling last stable ROM for MIUI 12 by Alex TWRP

"powered by android" disappeared and now stuck at MIUI logo, how long it may take to boot? I heard 5-15 mins, after that ill start worry.

Whatever I do, is stop at 'MIUI' LOGO. doesn't want boot at all. I flashed few times MIUI 11 stable and MIUI 12 Stable. Wiping data before and after. with two TWRP. nothing.... (((
I have no clue what to do next. only option is my had is profesional service....

Did you try the info here?
Especially the part where you disable verity and flash vbmeta.img

Not wipe data, FORMAT data.

I do both, first FORMAT, then wipe Cache, Dalvik / ART Cache, data

Hi. Im currently using poco f2 pro with latest eu weekly rom. I try to flash eu stable rom which is downgrade for daily driver use. May i know stable rom got miui dialer or google stock dialer?

And another problem, i try to root my phone. I can flash the magisk zip in twrp with no issue. But nothing happen after i reboot the phone. I check my root using root checker also no root access as well. Why ya?

Ok thanks bro. I already download the file. But now i cannot flash, need to use otg later when back home. I dunno why my twrp internal storage show only 2 empty folder ("twrp" & "0"). So i only can use otg to flash a file

You can boot and copy both zip to twrp folder, reboot to twrp and flash

Which mean no other folder like Android, Download bla bla bla.. Only TWRP and 0. I try to put the downloaded zip file to TWRP folder but not work. In recovery twrp mode, inside twrp show empty but actually i have put the zip file inside

Its a different twrp folder
It is located in "storage/emulated/twrp"
Not "storage/emulated/0/twrp" (the one you are copying to)
