Hello, I have a Redmi K30 5G from China (bootloader unlocked via xiaomi tool and usb debug enabled, not rooted) and I'm trying to install twrp recovery (from this thread) using a fastboot:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img -> image is saved correctly
fastboot boot twrp.img -> phone is rebooted to Android
When I have phone booted under Android I'm able to use adb reboot recovery and then I have a Redmit recovery 3.0 (same as volume up + power on)
I know there is a method to push a boot image using a dd tool, but I have to have rooted phone first. As I looked at forum, it's require a magisk which have to be installted via twrp. So I'm stuck. Could you please tell me how to install twrp or root this phone? Maybe first install method (before twrp) is suitable from me?

Anyone having problems with the swipe down action in the center of the screen to bring in control center and notifications?
Mi 10 on stable V12.0.4.0.

It seems to be disabled when i plug the phone in to charge, and only swiping down actions from the top will bring in control center and notifications again, instead of swiping down in the center of the screen.

The only fix now i have is to restart the phone to be able to swipe down in the center of the screen to bring in control center and notifications again

just wondering if the sound assistant is available on xiaomi.eu_multi_MI10_V12.0.7.0.QJBCNXM_v12-10 on the mi10.

as sound assistant cannot be found on V12.0.4.0

I'm not aware of any Stable ROMs with Sound Assistant so far.

btw could you help look in to the issue on the swipe down action in the center of the screen to bring in control center and notifications being disabled upon or after charging.
another user has experienced the same problem, both on Xiaomi Mi8 and Xiaomi Mi10.

I can't seem to find the mobile data notification warning, is this even available in MIUI 12? I had it running on miui 11...

it's not a nasty bug. only hard to swipe with one hand. you can wait for next stable release or try Mi Community directly! ;-)

Mi 8. Yes, everything is fine.
Mi 10 Weekly (Android 11) is not usable.

The Global Themes store is not supported with MIUI 12's Themes app. We can't use the Global app because it lacks features.
