Any update(s) on when MIUI13 will be available?

According to several news-sites, it should have already been release 25th on June.

So, News said MIUI 13 will be introduce today (according to File Manager App ), but nothing is released or introduced yet. Some guy in twitter said MIUI 13 Betas will be available on August. So we must wait
