New Miui 8.3 7.4.27 Blank Sms When Sending In Hebrew (redmi Note 3)

Hi,
Since I upgraded to this version last week all my outgoing sms's in hebrew are sent blank.
tried to use "GSM alphabet" but this didn't solve the issue.

What can I do?

Just updated to the newest XIAOMI.EU Rom and this didn't solve the problem.

I have MIUI 8.3 7.5.4 Redmi Note 2. Sms in Russian sometimes are blank
