Hi. The automatic brightness, the calendar icon and the telegram notifications work well for me ... I do not know if it will have something to do, but I did a dowgrade of the last beta to this stable without making a wipe data.

Which wipes u've done?

Dalvik and Caché.

That is the problem. Those are not enough. Do a wipe data and install again. When downgrade from Dev to stable needs it. Make sure you have a backup to restore your stuff.

Swipe up at home screen to use the search function.. type 'regio' and select it.

Region will be reset if you reboot

I noticed 2 problems:
1) in Chrome when I try so copy the URL, the app resize from top and remains smaller after the copy action
2) in the calendar "birthday of", I've it in Italian language, is shown in Dutch

I have the same problem with auto brihgtness, with dev ROM and stable ROM.
And the wheather widget always shows the Sun, nigth and day, sorry forma muy english
