MIUI Translation project ( Full Arabic )......


guys..

the job is almost done..

can we have a language package with what we have already?

it's almost all with arabic (there is a little bit english regarding SD card)..

so we can have a package for this week, and for the next week I'll be working on translating wtever else we need to

We can Ask roenano IF it's possible to make an weekly Arabic package for MIUI?
Or do we have to make ourselves ?????
 
I think I can do it by myself.. I just need someone to compile me the framework-res and the apks..

RTL and all other stuff.. I'll be doing it..

PS using roenano tools :)
 
ok.. so for we need:

downloading the xml files we all have already translated..
we need a newer version of these xml files (we can find from the english version for the latest 1.8.19)
we need to use a tool like diffmerge (so we need not to do all the job from scrach)
we need to translate another 20-30 lines (i guess, no more)
and then we need to recompile all apks, framework-res ...
and last but not least, we need to make a device-specific arabic-language pack..
so pls, every1 will post here wt he can do.. so we can all together do the job..
and in the Live Chat there is some developers that can help u in every step and step.. awesome guys..

for already Tranlate xml file i have this link http://crowdin.net/project/miui-rom-translation/ar
ill use QND-MIUI-MULTI-XPART-1.8.12R2 N1 ROM i dont knw it it do the Jop
diffmerge its good tool
ill fix the xml files to get it looklike 1.8.12R2
i hate 2 recompile :)

which stable version do u mean?
there is 2.3.5a which is stable and was released last friday?
