You have 880 MB for system and over 400 MB free. There shouldnt be a problem. BTW: its huge system partition in Honor 2. Much more than MI-2 has.
Try to install full rom, reboot to system and then apply language pack.

... which device? A Ventana? Its ZTE Grand X? You don't have any space left on system. Only 4MB left if I see it correctly.
