New Mix 3- Calls make my voice sound like a robot: 9.10.17

Every time I place or receive a call, my voice sounds like a robot or as if my voice is being spoofed/masked to the other person. Same issue occured on previous build as well.
Stock dialer, using Tmobile

Still have this issue even after most recent update. Please can we fix this? Putting caller on hold and off doesn't resolve the issue.
Need calls to work so I can use it as my daily

I found toggling the speaker fixes it. May be needed every call.

Not sure what causes it but sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't.
