MUI Global 10.0.2.0(OEMIFH) to .eu rom (Xiaomi 8)

Hi,

i discovered this nice forum today, if possible install the .eu rom in Mi8 having Global? This phone i purchased in ali..com wanna be sure im gonna brick. I see my device is unlocked and if i install .eu rom i lost all my photos ?

I just did this today. Installing .eu rom over your Global ROM will wipe everything you have, so better backup your data. If your only concern is Photos, install Google Photos (and sync). So, after installing the EU rom, you will have your photos back.

Hi, i thinked only with wipe for upgrade only wipe system and no "external emulated storage". I use google photo, but i preffer still have originals in my phone...thx!
