MUI Official VS MIUI UK

Hi,

I'm planning on buying a smartphone (my first ever!) and I was thinking of buying an Xiaomi (waiting for the April 9th, read there might come some new models then.)
Now, these devices run MIUI. And on their official site I saw this as the english release. The official rom, however, also supports English. So now I was wondering what's the difference between this release and the official one (considering I would only use the English language.)

Please remember I'm very new to all this. I know nothing.
