My Account Has Bootloader Unlock Permission. How Many Phones Can I Unlock Now?

I successfully unlocked my MTK bootloader and flashed MULTI..

Now I bought 3 more MTK phones for family and I need to unlock them to flashed Multi on it as I am in UK and love Multi EU no crapware rom.

Can I flash EU Multi rom without unlocking the bootloader using SPflashtool?
I have already flashed Chinese Dev ROM over Shop Roms now using SPflash tool

I managed to Unlock one and now I get this message when unlocking another one
"You should wait at least 30 days to unlock other device"
This is annoying now..

@Mobel I know about that forum I am already member there. Do you know any thread there where it shows how to flash EU rom over Chinese Dev Rom with locked bootloader? I'll ask there too incase someone else knows.
