Navigation Keys Are Not Working Properly

Hi, i am using RedMi Pro from Turkey for 2 weeks. But its navigation keys stopped working properly. When i touch right key, it vibrates 3 or 4 times and not getting back. The left key is not working at all, it doesn't even vibrate when i touch it. Please help me. Im using miui8 on Android 6.0 MRA58K.

So you have an unofficial vendor rom that can cause these mailfunctions, check the guides to change to an official or eu rom.

You have fake version of ROM, flash original China ROM from en.mui.com or flash xieomi.eu latest stable, and then see if the problem persist.

I had the same problem. This worked for me:
1. Settings
2. Lock screen & password
3. Smartcover mode -> turn off
4. Restart phone
