No VoLTE/VoWIFI after Update

Hello, I updated my phone Redmi Note 9 to MIUI Global 12.5.5 (RJOEUXM) before two weeks, since then VoLTE and VoWiFi are no longer working. The options-buttons are avaible and activated.
Now the calls are over the terrible GSM, 3G is no longer active. I try another SIM-Card, reboots, disable/enable the options, nothing helped.
