Official Stable V8.2.3.0.nxkcnec (miui8) Based On Android 7

Hi guys,

My Mi4c is currently on EU ROM V8.2.1.0. I'm thinking of moving to V8.2.3.0 but i've read alot of issues on the miui forum.

Are these issues still present on the EU ROM?
- google play waiting for wifi bug
- gps not working issue
- tethering issue

No, for me it's working fine, in 8.2.1.0 I had some probem

Personally, in the last two roms I have the web browser that closes suddenly, but for the rest it's okay.

Can I go from Stable to weekly? Just update?

Should I go with twrp 7.0 or twrp 3.xx?
