Phone app on screen display

Dear Anyone, I'm using MI 10T Pro can you help me to figure out how to setting of phone app to be display on screen layout on the middle?

As ref. to 2nd attached photo.

- picture no. 1 is the Google Phone app
- picture no. 2 is the MIUI Phone app

- the Google Phone app is located in the Global ROM (Turkey, Russia, EU, Global, India, etc.).
- the MIUI Phone app is located in the xiaomi.eu ROM , Chinese ROM, Global ROM (Taiwan) or Global (Indonesia).
