I just flashed my phone after 5 hours trying to do it, when I successfully did. I was configuring my phone and changing some stuff.
I've searched for color on settings it showed the Change Color Accent feature on Developer Options.

I changed from Blue to Cinnamon, the phone went black and then rebooted, tried to boot into system then went back to recovery.

I'm flashing it again. Result: didn't work, it sent me back to TWRP again. I don't know what to do.

Please help.

Edit: The phone is on again after I wiped Data, Cache and Dalvik. Too bad I have to download and restore everything again (back to back), I wish I knew what to wipe to not lose my stuff and restore just THAT color setting, not sure if everything was condemned after the bug.

Phone: Mi 9
Rom: WEEKLY 20.1.16

That's why people like yourself (aka not developers) should not even enter Developer options to begin with.
"Accent Color" is an AOSP feature, it's not used and not supported on MIUI, so don't open a bug report just because you messed up.
You might have to wipe data in TWRP.
