Several days ago I started having a problem on charging my telephone while it is turned on. It does not charge. It charges very slowly, when it's turned off. Tried wipe, didn't help. Discharging battery fully helped with charing speed for one charge, but then it came back to being very slow. Tested on four cables, three chargers and a laptop. Laptop won't see the device either.
