photo's arent stored on sd card

Hi,

I recently bought the Hongmi 1s. I have put the latest ML rom on it (24.0).
But when I take photo's the pics aren't stored on my external sd card. I have already created a folder named DCIm on the sd card. I thought photos are automatically stored on external sd card? I tried 2 cards (16gb and 64gb) without any succes.
What am I doing wrong?

Nothing wrong. It's the official Firmware who work like this.

I was under the impression that the Ml version would store it by default on sd card:

Thanks a lot. It works like a charm. Next stop is getting my Xiaomi account on the phone, somehow I can't download themes, something about the fact that my account needs to be activated.
