Invalid Picture in picture (android 8.0 mi 6)

I patched YouTube using a lucky patcher, firstly this mode does not work if you just go to the desktop, you need to go to the application menu or switch to another application using the notification curtain. Secondly, the system freezes for a few seconds when YouTube switches to picture-in-picture mode, but nothing appears in the window that appears (see attachment). After re-unlocking the screen, everything works fine. (This phone has firmware 9.2.21, there is no such problem on mi 8 on the same firmware, only the first one)
