New Poco F2 Weekly 12.1.2 - DND-Mode automatically activated when phone is put into silent Mode + Google Pay not working

On my F2 Pro with MIUI-EU 12.1.2 Stable:
As soon as you put your phone to silent mode (via quicksettings-button or volume toggle) it automatically toggles the DND Mode. It even says DND-Mode is enabled on the lockscreen and even if you enable vibrations it does not vibrate on incoming notifications

Also it seems not to be certified. Google Pay is not working. Non rooted.
