Invalid Poco F3 receive notification about app behavior not working

No indicator of mic or camera being used same results when turning the feature off, I tried restarting but no good. MIUI 13.0.6

At least on Weekly for Poco F3 the privacy notifications work flawless on the background and foreground. Seems to be better optimized for me. (annex)

OP is not using Weekly though.
Yes, Xiaomi changed the behavior on Weekly to display the indicators for foreground permission usage too.
