Problem With Installing Twrp Recovery On Phone...

hello, i had rom V8.2.1.0 for a long time with twrp recovrey,

today i tryed updrading it to 8.2.3 but i mistaked and flashes original MIUI and i had alot of problem with phone not being reconized and what ever, in the end i amanged to flash rom 7.6.25 of global version after unlocking the bootloader
now i tryed a few guides to flash twrp recovry, it looks like it flashes ok but when i try to reboot into recovery it doesnt work.
it just gets stuck on logo.
what is the best way now to flash a recovery and how can i get back to version 8.2.1 or 8.2.3?

You are currently on 7.6.25 ? .....

thanks but i cant manage to flash xiaomi eu 8.2.3.0 EU version, it just flashes and goes back to recovery... it says in text while flashing:
"unmount of system failed no such volume"
do i need a diffrent recovery?
and if i flash 8.2.1.0 it just gets stuck on xiaomi logo (15min already)
