Hi. I have a problem that I do not know how to solve. I have the redmi 4x with bootloader blocked and every time I try to associate the mobile with my miui account to obtain the permissions, I get error 20091. I have contacted the technical service of xiaomi and they do not give me any solution. And I can not put the phone in edl mode to recognize the COM port my flash tool. I have tried fastboot_edl v2 in fastboot mode and it restarts and does not enter edl. I have even made a deep flash cable and when connecting to the PC with the short one, the mobile vibrates and starts to charge, without entering edl. I do not know what else to do, if someone can help me, I would appreciate it. Thanks and regards
