[Q] Using a language pack with the latest Chinese ROM?

Is it possible for me to grab a ROM from http://www.miui.com/download.html and then grab a Language pack from here and use it? Or are the ROMs here different than the official website's?

The actually only difference is that we deodex the rims to be abode to do a full translation. As the Chinese rom is odexed which makes the language pack incompatible.
