Redmi 3 Pro- Fingerprint Scanner Not Working

Hi guys! I'll raise a concern again.. please help me.. the fingerprint scanner is not working anymore.. ii registered 1 finger print the time that i bought the phone.. fingerprint 1 is working.. but i registered another fingerprint and it's not working. And i followed a advice on the redmi note 3 pro.. i deleted the registered finger and tried to clean the sensor.. i tried to register some fingerprint and it's not working and then i registered another one and now i think the system detects it "BUT" the phone will suddenly freeze and you need to restart it.. please i need aome advice? Do i need to factory reset? Or flash a china dev rom? Please i need help.. i'm new with miui

install our ROM.. you got fake ROM installed by shop..
