Redmi 6 Pro on MIUI 10.2 EU. Incomplete rom?

hi guys, I don't really know how to describe the problem, I am on a redmi pro 6 [Sakura] and I've flashed the Sakura xiaomi.eu MIUI 10.2 rom (the latest). Well, it does boot up and work and all, but it's as if some key features were missing!!!

For example, it doesn't allow me expand the roll-down tent or edit the shortcuts (the one you call up by swiping down two fingers from the top, with the shortcuts to data, wifi etc) and nothing happens when I connect it to a computer (usually the rom should give the option to change into MTP mode).

Did it happen to anyone? How do I solve it???

Well, I figure it out (yay!)
So, since I am in China I need to skip the initial MIUI 10 setup (cannot connect to google servers without a VPN). To circumvent the problem I had deleted the 'wizard setup.apk' in /system/priv-app/wizardsetup folder, but it had disastrous consequences (those that I mentioned). So I followed this guide https://daily.elepover.com/2018/06/16/bypassing-google-frp-with-twrp-en/index.html and I managed to recover full functionality
