Invalid Redmi 7A /Bugs

Hi all,
on my REDMI 7A (Global Stable V10.2.5.0 PCMEUXM) i have got two bags:

1. Double tap to turn off screen doesn't always work;
2. Brightness sensor such reduces to minimun the brightness in the presence of little light that brings the screen to be really little visible.

Has anyone the same problems? How can i fix them?

I've got the same issues with double tap. It working totally randomly and I didn't find the way to fix it.
My Redmi is 7A/2G/32G.
I've wrote to Xiaomi support but not any response yet.
I've looked over internet to look of answer but most of them are related to proximity sensor which should be calibrated but in Redmi 7A besides test for this sensor it can't be calibrated.
