New Redmi Note 3 Pro - Vpn Bug

Hi all!

I tried VPN connect to my home Fritz! router (IPSec Xauth PSK), using integrated Android VPN, and it doesn't work. Connecting.... after a minute or so on... failed (or timeout, isn't clear).

RN2, same settings, connect almost instantly.

Both latest weekly firmware installed by TWRP.

Any ideas? Workaround? Working app on RN3?
