There was a problem about setedit, XIAOMI movedd user_refresh_rate to SECURE TABLE
Im going to teach you how to bypass it, not really bypass it with just simple commands
Connect your device to your pc and open cmd on platform tools
1- adb devices
2-adb shell pm grant by4a.setedit22 android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
3-open set edit and change your user_refresh_rate 120hz to "1"
4-now most important step
adb shell pm disable-user --user 0 com.miui.powerkeeper
