Remove all contact photos

Is there anyone that know where Contact Photos as stored?
I got a lot of old photos, and I also got some problem with caller and number.
Example, lets say that "Larry" call me. When I pick up the phone it's a picture of "Lauren"... same in Dialer.
Hope it will help when I remove contact pictures, and do a resync.
