Replace Chinese to English rom

Hi all,
I'm a newbie here and know not much about phones and stuff.
I recently bought a phone from China which looks like an iphone clone. The problem is that it still carries lots of Chinese apps and I like to have all in English.
Could someone please suggest ways and means of how to get around solving his problem?
Android OS version: 5.0.1 (8C0303)
Version: 01253900 08 8680 3
Kernel Version: 2.6.35.7
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Yes there is 123012312 tutorials out there. You need the ROM. The package of files for your phone, modified to run MIUI.

Except, I don't know what the hell that phone is.
