[REQ] Task switcher in notification/pulldown bar

I would love to have the task switcher in a separate pane on the pulldown bar.

• On phones like the SGS2 it takes a while to get the task switcher up (pressing and holding the home button)
• Usability-wise it seems logical to collect all "universal features" in one place
• Design-wise it should/would use the same theming as the notification/settings pane. One less UI-design (the task switcher doesn't really look like anything else in MIUI, does it..?) makes for a more consistant user experience (usability again..)

Now, I realize this may not be the easiest feature to implement, but it really feels like a typical MIUI design move. Don't you agree?
