RILJ wakelock miui6 special edition

I have mi2s phone on 4.10.17 and I noticed high drain partially caused by rilj. It locks 13 min during 16h and keeps inreasing. All location reporting is off.

I was wondering if flashing previous radio could help? Is radio from jb roms compatible?

Full wipe.

But the full wipe was done before installation of the miui6 special edition. Is there anything to gain from the second wipe?

This is a problem with all MIUI and derivates.... Market localization? Xioami trying to see where is the best bet to set a new branch?

It seems that the RILJ wakelock is fixed in 4.10.24 release version. These changelogs provided seems to be just the tip of the iceberg.
