[ROM | 4.4.4][ | WIUI | ][ 4.8.29 - FiNAL ] - MULTiLanguage | v5 | AROMA |

Nice works again Wajk !

I have two questions ;)
Is there a way to add the "Power saving mode" in the notification switch ?
For now when we use psm it switch to Performance mode

Is it possible to test CM11 on second partition with WIUI on first ?
I would like to try without deleting WIUI..

Thanks in advance !

Sure, i have cm on partition 1 and wiui on two.
I like more wiui but some bugs annoying, like recorder FC and camera problems (the light changes when i open app, sometimes FC ecC)

I'm getting some random reboots once in a while, let's say once every two or three days. It also reboots during deep sleep like last night. Same behaviour as cm11.
Differently from cm11, this kernel overheats a lot (maybe more than Miui 4.1.1)
These are little problems. Otherwise superb rom, thanks to Wajk

Hi,
I just finished installing the rom for the first time.
I try to modify my status bar as I did before many times, but it wont work.
Any ideas or suggestions what can cause it?

which part of "status bar modification" that you mean?

I try to change the background color of the icons, remove clock & carrier
Thats due to too bright color of my current walpapers...
then sure it requires wsm tools.
so you have already installed it?
and then have you installed the framework?(check in wsm tools>framework, in the bottom)

Yes, I did.
I have installed WSM in aroma when initially installed the rom, then installed from within the app the framework.
Once I did that, I opened up Mi-Tools and changed color settings and applied it, reboot, yet it remains the same as the default

Yes,
but its the strangest thing, It wont request for root access, that must be the issue.
I tried disabling and enabling mi-tools yet nothing happened

Maybe you denied root access by mistake.
Try to check security->permission->manage root permissions...
If it denied just change it to allow.

MIUI will send the not-encrypted IEMI and phone number to their server in China without user permission.
And the version of MIUI on Aug 10th will fix this issue.

I'v tested the [ROM | 4.4.4][WIUI][4.8.1] - MULTiLanguage | v5.
It will connect to china server when I sent or received sms. (The free sms and mi-cloud function are disabled.)

Q: How does this relate to the privacy concerns raised about Xiaomi over the last 48 hours? What’s your response?

A: A recent article in Taiwan and a related report by F-Secure raised privacy concerns by stating that Xiaomi devices are sending phone numbers to Xiaomi’s servers. These concerns refer to the MIUI Cloud Messaging service described above. As we believe it is our top priority to protect user data and privacy, we have decided to make MIUI Cloud Messaging an opt-in service and no longer automatically activate users. We have scheduled an OTA system update for today (Aug 10th) to implement this change. After the upgrade, new users or users who factory reset their devices can enable the service by visiting “Settings > Mi Cloud > Cloud Messaging” from their home screen or “Settings > Cloud Messaging” inside the Messaging app — these are also the places where users can turn off Cloud Messaging.

We apologize for any concern caused to our users and Mi fans. We would also like to thank the media and users who have been sending us feedback and suggestions, allowing us to improve and provide better Internet services.

Well it wasnt denied there, it just didnt appear
I eventually removed WSM & Mi-Tools and reinstalled it, which solved the problem.
Thanks
One last question, how do I hide the "day" display in the status bar?
