It seems that the CM kernel needs some improvement... Wiped all, and the setup was all the same with the addition of franco kernel(thanks again @M1cha)

unfortunately no, in Franco thread in XDA didn't have any case similar to ours, so I don't know what to do with the governor, but with ROM Toolbox I can make profiles and set the maximum speed(to certain situations, like in calls or charging etc.) and Franco Kernel Updater has similar feature to specific applications, but this will require much time to test

Yes, much better(at least 20% more), and have the feature of UV that I believe can help to save more power yet, but will need time for testing stability

Franco kernel had on my phone a really low energy consumption in deep sleep, but performance gov drains battery fast if you are using the phone.

Currently it looks like that on my mi2 with CM11 02-09, dalvik, 2000mah, governor interactive.
The charging bug is a bit annoying and battery life can always be better, but i'm really happy with it.

I saw that the broken MHL driver was enabled. Maybe that's causing charging bug.
I'll publish a build with this fix and some other, soon.

Downloaded and installed and the charging seems to be OK again

Update: After a good night sleep my phone now doesn't charge anymore. The charging but is still there...

M1cha, i have the latest CWM, 20131115, v6.0.3.2 but when i try to install CM11 (latest) 2014-02-14 I get status 7 error-installation aborted. can anyone help me? for information, i use TDB enabled on MI2s. system 1 is AOSP 4.1 and system 2 is WIUI. i have a plan to install CM11 on system 1. i have clean/wipe data and dalvik cache, but still get status 7 error.

edit: ok, now i've installed and still experiencing kitkat taste on cm11

I partially fixed MHL(sometimes display freezes when connecting and it only works every 2nd time).
But that seemed to increase battery life. I still have 84% left after 5h28

Are you talking about the just released ROM of about the next one?
In the last one I already noticed a better battery life, compared to the previous one.
In the last 2-3 releases, I get complains from the other parties (while calling) that my voice is very low (I know this is not related to battery: it's just to summarize the latest problems I have).
Also, as mentioned already, once the phone is charged 100%, to be able to charge it again I have to reboot it.
