I think we should use CWM 6.0.5.1 so we can use both systems.

cwm 6.5.0 works fine

Everything seems fine except that if I long press the home button I don't have the task manager displaying all the running applications. Is that a well known problem or just isolated one on my device ??

about swapping the right/left physical buttons I found a hack by replacing all occurences of "139 MENU" and "158 BACK" in files /system/usr/keylayout/*.kl (moding Generic.kl wasnt' sufficient and I don't know the specific hard name of the Mi2s)

158 MENU
139 BACK

I would rather do it on Nexus because it has virtual ones it would look nicer but I never ever had problem with this and using multiple devices with different button layout,im even lefty.

yup if you have the latest cwm otherwise it don't work

Is you trying install new CWM from odl CWM or from system update mode?
