Bugs: Making calls using Bluetooth headsets might cause system FCCDMA SIM card is not perfectly supported

Actually, I'm running CM11 installed with the CWM Recovery provided by Micha : http://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-2/development/2014-07-08-clockworkmod-recovery-6-0-5-0-t2878549

Do I have to install this recovery (in chinese) to install Android 5.0 Lollipop ? : http://en.miui.com/thread-61143-1-1.html
Or I can flash the ROM with my current recovery in english ?

you mean that we could keep miui/wiui/whatever on system 2 or we lose everything once android L is flashed?

Because you have to wipe /system and do a FC you are going to loose all you data except SD card. But for that purpouse CWM has nandroid backup.
