Screen off TV effect

Hello, guys. I've bought Red Rice WCDMA.
Need to get effect like old TV switching off...
It's included in Mi2, but in redrice not.
Who can say how to get it?

See pictures. Sorry, but my preferred language is Dutch...
I use the WSM tools.
In it there is the module called GravityBox, activate it and reboot your phone (for the 1st time), and after that open it.
In GravityBox click on Module Settings.
Click the 7th item from the top called Display tweaks.
Now click the 4th item from the top Screen off effect.
Choose the middle radio button called CRT effect.
Now reboot (for the 2nd time).

In WSM tools, under setting which module processing has to be enabled? Only xposed, only WSM or both? Just for sure not to became conflicts or bootlop with the enabled modules. So far I heard that Xposed and Gravitybox are not compatible with MIUI and I should use only WSM tools + its modules.

In my Hongmi Red Rice phone I have WSM tools installed. Under settings I have only enabled "System toasts".
