When setting a picture in your Gallery as a "LOCKSCREEN" wallpaper, it will read as completed but once you check it, you'll see that it doesn't change the wallpaper. This bug happens when using the 24h shifting dynamic wallpaper where a snowy mountain changes depending on the time of the day.
