New [SGS2] 2.12.7 Stuck at Triangle

I'm a long time user of MIUI for my SGS2. The past updates has been working flawlessly until 2.12.7.

Stuck after went into CWM recovery, wiped delvik cache, partitian & then update to 2.12.7. Twice.

Had to manual entry via Volume Up + Power + Home to re-enter Recovery & update into the old 2.11.30. Worked.
