In Progress SGS2 2.4.13 - Launcher forgets widgets after reboot

Hi guys, occasionally, after reboots, the launcher "forgets" i placed some widgets and I have to re position them on the screen. It only remembers widgets that are native, included in the rom. Any widgets from other applications I install is forgotten...of course the applications with widgets i am talking about are installed in main phone memory and not external memory or sdcard...

Can you please advise?

Does this happen to be an SGS2? This has been reported on the SGS2 before.
