I have wrong carrier iPKO... should be MOBITEL (carreier from Slovenia)
If I wan't to check carrier in network operators, I get FC
About phone->Status also FCs

I did full wipe (factory reset), flashed new jb rom + gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip.
My last properly working MIUI, was miui android before problems with new themes (i think 2.10.26), so this problem was also in last ICS versions.
I am sure I am connected to my carrier (MOBITEL) and also it's antenna is 50m from my home but in the left upper corner i see iPKO carrier, rarely also MOBITEL just after FC, but then there is again iPKO (we don't have such carrier in our country). Also I can send SMS/MMS and I can surf the web. I don't have gmaps and can't find them on Play store, they should be there for my country. I though something is wrong with CSC, I have also tried app for changing it, but it FC-s. It seams like something is wrong when reading carrier details, and when some app tries it, i get FC. Everything else its seams like it's working ok for now.
